Overheard on the House floor today was a comment by House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers saying,
We’re closing in on Rove. Someone’s got to kick his ass.
Conyers was asked later what the comment meant, Conyers said,
We want him for so many things, it’s hard to keep track.
Karl Rove is wanted by the committee to testify [...]

Exciting news out of California today! The California Supreme Court ruled that same-sex couples have a constitutional right to marry. This overrules two state laws that had previously limited marriages to unions between a man and a woman. The state had twice voted to legalize same-sex marriage, but Governor Schwarzenegger vetoed it [...]
